Dealing with Chronic Pain and Negative Comments

I had a good birthday Xmas Hanukkah. The pain sucked of course. It was nice having so many people wishing me a happy one. Some here and on other sites, besides friends and family. I started writing again and touching base with old and new people on writing. com. Have been there on and off 18 years. At the moment I'm crying, someone I've been through a lifetime with is frustrated and giving me grief. Saying all I do is complain and I should get Spine injections because it may help. It's hard enough for me but saying I'm faking it is just too much to hear. Things like " Oh you walk up the stairs ok." I struggle too many times. People who know me are praying 🙏 for me. From Rabbi to Catholic friends. And everything in between.
