not really mental related,but this morning ive been coughing up white phlegm. I used to have greenish phlegm coughed up but that was with dairy should i be concerned?
Usually white phlegm is allergies. When it starts getting colorful, like green or yellow, that usually means you are sick. If I get green phlegm it usually comes with a sinus infection.
