Hi there! I am new here. I’ve been suffering with emotional eating, binge eating, and bulimia. I was fine for a longer time but things have been worsening since moving from Europe to the US, away from my family and friends. I know I can get better and will at some point but I am still on the way down … I have also histamine intolerance which I suspect has developed as a result of binge eating.
