So I’m not sure if this is my anxiety, or possible my C-PTSD or something else I’m not aware of. I can be doing something totally normal like going to the bathroom and then suddenly I am terrified. Like can’t make a sound can’t move can’t breathe terrified. Im not sure of what just that something is going to hurt me but it is like a paralyzing fear. It’s completely random but happens more at night. Thinking back I’ve been having this occur for as long as I can remember. I could be totally happy and fine and then suddenly I’m petrified. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes! It took me forever to figure out the common link!!! It ended up being my cptsd Sometimes lighting, smells, places, or even a type of room can subconsciously remind me of a repressed memory even tho consciously I don’t remember it
