Looking for Support: Dealing with Anxiety Attacks

Do you have meds? If not, try and refocus with music, or I use adult coloring books or word searches, or dot to dot...stuff to keep my hands busy. Anytime you want to talk about anything I am around!

If you feel like you can’t talk to someone at the moment. WRITE IT OUT!!! i’ve been doing this everyday because i also have severe anxiety and panic attacks. It really helps. it helps you refocus.
