Has anyone else experienced new or worse teeth clenching as a side effect of Zoloft? It is apparently a fairly rare side affect, and it’s not very researched. I normally clench in my sleep so there’s not much I can do to prevent it. Its fairly severe though, and comes with lots of jaw pain and popping. My psychiatrist knows about it, but I was wondering if anyone had any coping/mitigation techniques. One thing I am doing is meditating before bed to try to avoid vivid dreams that can aggravate the clenching.
