Memory loss is the worst!!! I went on a cruise just a few short years ago, I only remember one small detail. Everything else is *POOF* gone... Anyway, I haven't really had depersonalization, except for maybe one or twice during my first manic episode where I felt like a passenger and had like no control. Those things can be extremely frustrating!
