hi, not sure how this works but is anyone here diagnosed with Sjogrens Sydrome at a young age e.g. 25? do you worry about this progressing and how it will be affecting you by the time people are usually diagnosed (around 50 apparently)?

I was diagnosed at 30, eyes suddenly got extremely painful sitting under an A/C unit. I'm currently 34. It doesn't worry me too much. Only gives me dry eyes and mouth at the moment and havent noticed any progression so think its well managed. At least being diagnosed, we know we can slow progression by changing lifestyles right now for the benefit of our future selves.
