Was just recently diagnosed with POTS. Anyone else have it and can tell me how to avoid flare ups?

Number one tip, learn your body's Boundaries. For instance I know if I drive for the day, no housework because I've already used 4 spoons and the rest on my son. Mine is triggered by physical exertion personally. If I decide to ignore it I relapse half the year. Tip number two, stay hydrated. Dehydrating can trigger flare ups. With that in mind pedialyte, liquid IV, powerade, and body Armour are going to be your besties. Tip number three, combat blood pooling with salt. The more salt, less blood pooling, less low BP, hence less triggers. Hope this helps!!💕💕
