I think I should change my therapist but I’m too afraid to ask… any tips ?

      Hi Miso! It is a challenging conversation, but any good therapist will be happy you've advocated for yourself for what's best for you. Try to be as direct as you feel comfortable with and it will likely be the easiest. They likely will want to do a final session and speak with your new therapist (you don't need to be involved in that after exchanging info) - good luck to you

      some therapists just don't really click for people, it's totally alright to say "hey, you're a really great therapist, but I don't feel a strong connection and would like to explore some other therapists" :)

      I feel like we don’t ever really get through anything and I never really learn anything

      Instead of asking your therapist, you should talk to the receptionist about it. Why are you feeling like this therapist isn't benefitting you?
