One time I sat at a table of chairs by myself, and the chairs made me feel like I couldn't move my legs, and my leg shot up and kicked one of the chairs away from me 😅, so I understand the sitting still part, it feels too crowded most the time, but if I'm by myself I move a lot and can't stay seated, I tend to run around then get distracted-

Don't be dependent on meds if you can just find ways to release the inner tension inside your body that is caused by your environment
I'm so sorry they don't understand. You're having a hard time and they chalk it up to behavior,... as if you want to be antsy. (I feel like no one actually wants to be antsy though!) I'm sorry it probably spikes your anxiety. Maybe take a deep breath and think of happy places.
Its not wrong. Your just having a hard time i wish people wouldn't yell at you for it. Do you have meds or a prn you can take to help you calm down
