Managing Diabetes Without Medication: Is It Possible?

Two insulins and metformin 500 twice a day. I am still in the 200s. Any tips?

I do, with diet only and counting macros, is hard but I was able to do it thanks to the nutritionist

I am using insulin and two different supplements because the medicines I was taking was causing me severe diarrhea.
