Recommendations for affordable psoriasis creams?

Hi everyone, I've tried loads of different creams for psoriasis. I've found natural ones to work better than the steroids the doctors have prescribed. I used to use Lush Dream Cream, that cleared it mostly up, but it's too expensive to keep up. I changed to Aveeno but even that is still expensive for how much you get. Can anyone recommend anything they have used for psoriasis or a good oat-based (as I've found that's what clears up mine) cream that isn't too expensive. Thanks!
