what's the difference between Acute anxiety and Generalized anxiety? I can't do storms or crowds because of my anxiety issues. Can someone try to explain it simple to me. I know what Generalization is because that's my diagnosis. Thanks friends.
I belive acute anziety is anxiety that comes apon you suddenly and aggressively for short bouts, generalized (what I have) is constant either small or large bouts of anziety that is everyday 24/7 with no sure triggers acute anziety has specific triggers, I hope this was helpful <3
