Alternative Anxiety Medications to Benzodiazepines?

My docter doesn’t prescribe any benzodiazepines smh and I’m struggling with these panic attacks and anxiety attacks are there any other drugs that can help me that aren’t in the benzodiazepines category? I’m already on Prozac and sereaquel

      antihistamines can help with anxiety! you can ask for a prescription for hydroxyzine, that's what I was prescribed because no one wanted to give me benzos either :/ but it does help!

      L theanine is supposed work wonders. Its a natural supplement. I haven't tried it yet. Have you tried hydroxazine? Its a non benzo. Its actually an antihistamine prescribed for anxiety. Magnesium supplements have a muscle relaxant effect (magnesium malate, glyconate or citrate are the best) there's quite a few herbs that work very well however you have to be super careful about interactions. I would call your pharmacist and ask if there are any supplements or herbs that are safe to take with your meds for anxiety. Ive found that pharmacists are much more helpful than doctors when it comes to knowledge of medication.
