Magnesium supplements have a muscle relaxant effect (magnesium malate, glyconate or citrate are the best) there's quite a few herbs that work very well however you have to be super careful about interactions. I would call your pharmacist and ask if there are any supplements or herbs that are safe to take with your meds for anxiety. Ive found that pharmacists are much more helpful than doctors when it comes to knowledge of medication.
