I feel nausea on a daily basis and my hands go bumb sometimes , I feel dizzy , or weak , equallibrium be off I'm just sick of feeling this way . do anyone have theses problems and how take it better or stop I just wanna die sometimes ?

Hello! Yes I do! I get dizzy very easily and I do get nauseous and I used to throw up sometimes. My doctor gave me Prilosec for my Tummy and it helped! But the dizziness might be low iron, vitamin d or something like that! If you need to talk I'm here!

@Natdacat yeah I been going thru alot of trauma lately to 5he point one of eyes are droopy a little bit and I'm a healthy person eat good work out the whole 9 so now when something wrong I automatically assume the worst I be thinking it's a easy warning sign of a stroke or something idk if it's my anxiety or what but I know I'm always tired always drained and face hands feel lil numb on and off sometimes shit is so scary and annoying someti.es I just wanna give up and die but God won't let me urrrgh is it my brain playing tricks or is is really something wrong with me
