I try to do easy foods like pre-made protein drinks, smoothies with lots of fruits and veggies, and quick grab snacks. Usually the less thought and effort that needs to go into preparing food at that point of fatigue is best. Also if able to prepare and freeze food on a good symptom day to eat on a heavy fatigue day like soup cubes or crockpot meals.
Smoothies are a great idea! I have been having more good days recently, so I really want to get more into food prep. It's so hard to eat healthy on the bad days.
