So back in 2016 when I had my gallbladder removed they told me I was slightly anemic but my grandmother said they told her it was severe. I've had issues with it for a long time and I keep getting dizzy and lightheaded, my hands will shake and I feel nauseated. I've tried iron supplements but they don't seem to help and the doctors said I didn't need them. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help with this because I'm honestly tired of feeling this poorly.
Try iron infusions if iron pills don't work. If you decide to keep iron pills take vitamin d it helps it absorb better. And lentals red meat liver etc help. And remember there are many types of anemia. Also check your b12 levels and vitamin d as those could be the cause.
