I use the free version of magic fluids and thankfully you can watch ads to unlock certain ones. I also use Triple A. (both apps)

That's so very sweet of you! Other healthy distractions I can think of that weren't mentioned yet were knitting, crochet, walking... My mind went blank. But maybe you could add this if you think it would be helpful: My psychologist told me that before you are in a moment where you need a distraction, promise yourself that you will try (for example) taking a walk at least three times. This is because when you're in that moment where you need a distraction, your mind can convince itself that a healthy distraction sounds ridiculous, but it's actually not. She even told me to try journaling with my non-dominant hand to make my brain focus harder. I haven't tried that yet, though.

Omgggg everything is a distraction if you make it so. 😂 but real talk, coloring, painting, watching your favorite TV show, word finds, going for a walk especially in places with good natural beauty, and self-care apps like Finch. If you download Finch, I'll be your treetown friend. 😁

There's an app called sandwich that always distracts me
For deep emotional stuff I go to watching Starkid on YouTube. Love them but they are not for everyone. It is great dad humor musical group. I like coloring and drawing as well. Or video games. My favorite is building in the Sims 4.
I like casual puzzle games! Just gaming in general. What are some of your interests? I might be able to recommend specific ones if you like! Otherwise, I like repetitive stuff then I need a distraction, crafts like origami, beaded lizards, cross stitch, etc., or playing with stim/fidget toys.
