this constant pain is keeping me up, I am scheduled with the pain management team but not until next month, and they warned me they don’t prescribe anything the first appointment so I’m just sitting here crying because I don’t know what else to do

*Big hugs*, the only thing I can say are the obvious things that only somewhat quell the pain. But magnesium lotion on the painful spots. Warm baths with espsom salt. Heating pads. Tiger balm. I second the tens machine. I'm in the same boat as you my pain management team literally scheduled me for 3 months out and gave me one refill and I can't have anything for the other two months so I'm working on a referral to a place that's not a joke. I wish you the best of luck and hopefully even a tiny bit of relief

Have you used a TENS machine for your pain before? Sometimes that’s the only thing that really distracts me from the pain and takes the edge off a bit. Really recommend 🙌 ❤️
