How do you manage with the fatigue left from Long Covid?

I have not yet found a solution for the fatigue. It feels like I go through weeks where it is much worse as well. Its so difficult because I’m wide awake and my body just can’t move even with a full nights sleep. Work has been getting more and more difficult for me as well. I do WFH but I work long hours and don’t have time to get up and move around much. :( when I do go for walks I feel even worse afterwards but I know it’s important for my health. I hope that we can all find some help with this soon because it’s getting increasingly more difficult every day.

I have gotten fat which makes it worse. I had to quit work because of my husband’s health so that helps. We started walking every day we go about a block. Then come home and sit for like 2 hours. I do laundry he does dishes that’s about it. No one cooks really. Sometimes the kids cook and they do groceries

Unfortunately I just have to push myself but then I’m down for 1to2 days with headache tiredness like I’ve never felt before and severe nerve pain

I work for the US gov. I don’t like working from home bc I am so extroverted and miss people but I have no choice right now with COVID and no way I could go in every day anyway.

I haven’t been able to exercise at all either. It’s so frustrating. I’ve put on weight because I barely have the energy to go to work. Do you have any suggestions for WFH jobs? My company won’t allow me to and I know it would greatly improve my quality of life.

I had to stop exercise completely…work from home…not be active at all as far as even running more than one errand. 16 month so far and nothing has helped really other than quitting activities.
