Does anyone have any suggestions on how to relax? I work a lot and when I have a day off I usually don't know what to do.

Use meditations and breathing techniques. You can find some great guided meditations on YouTube. I use those frequently. Find something you would like to do. Read, listen to music, go for a walk, etc.

I rest. Whether thatās being productive in a task that doesnāt require a lot of thinking or socializing, or sitting in bed and reading or catching up on a show Iāve been missing.
Do you have any hobbies, or even things you used to enjoy doing when you were younger? Maybe it's worth exploring some of those. Or finding a new hobby is always fun. For me, I like listening to music to relax, or playing my french horn or ukulele. I also enjoy reading and writing poetry.
