1. Why is Alike closing?
After an incredible journey, we have made the difficult decision to close Alike due to the limits of our funding as a startup. We’re immensely grateful for every member of our community and the support you’ve shown one another.
2. When is the official closure date?
Alike will officially close on November 23, 2024. You will have access to your account until this date.
3. What happens to my data after Alike closes?
All personal data will be permanently and securely deleted from our servers after November 23, 2024. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and securely.
4. Can I stay connected with people I’ve met on Alike?
Absolutely! If you’d like to stay connected with other users, we recommend exchanging contact information or connecting on other platforms, such as social media, before November 23, 2024. This way, you can continue supporting one another outside of Alike.
5. What will happen to groups and communities on Alike?
All groups and communities will be inaccessible after November 23, 2024.
6. How long can I access my account?
You will have full access to your account and all information within it until November 23, 2024. Please make sure to save any content or contacts you wish to keep before that date.
