What dosage? I take 10mg at night and find it helps me get into deeper sleep once I’m asleep, but doesn’t help me fall asleep or stay asleep.

10 mg cause I think you can’t take more than 10mg of melatonin! And I’m sorry it doesn’t work for you

Regarding melatonin, you can take more than 10mg if you clear it with a doctor. I am autistic, and autistic people often need a crap ton of it. I take 30mg when I can’t sleep, because that’s the lowest dosage that does anything for me. As said, check with your doctor first.

CBD works for me also. My wife actually has started selling it online because many people in our family and friends have different health problems. CBD has helped them with their pain, anxiety, insomnia, etc. So I completely understand what you are saying.

I recently got prescribed hydroxazine for sleep and that’s been helping a bit, but before that I used to just take 50 mg of Benadryl to knock me out. It’s something my psych recommended since my body got used to melatonin and it stoped working for me
