Struggling to Get Diagnosed: My Frustrating Journey

hey! I believe you, I don't have a dx for my autism but half the stuff I have going on is so obvious that I don't feel like a dx should make or break the validity of what you're saying (or anyone for that matter). My dm's are open for you if you'd like to have a conversation about alternative that are dairy free (im also lactose intolerant), & things I've found to be useful for both my autism and lactose intolerance! It took me years of experience to get all of the information and data I have now, but I've gotten a pretty good idea and have a decent system so far for also not getting much professional help mentally/physically.
