You have to keep moving when your suppose to! I didn't as I felt slot of pain with my back surgery!! First did you get a second opinion, maybe even third as once you have surgery there's no going back! I had to have mine removed as the aorta started wrapping around it but they didn't put anything in to replace it! So I've shrunk about 6 inches and gained weight about 125! So I lived on pain killed, muscle relaxants ECT! Then I was yo-yoing. with my weight and lost my job because I started falling asleep in afternoon! Gain weight back husband had leg amputated and that's when I lost weight and have kept it off! Then alittle over 2years ago they noticed my neck was dropping forward and I needed to have it fixed! Woke up from surgery with C-5 palsy in my right arm(got most of it back) and muscle, nerve pain in my neck and the go up into my head and we've tried everything! All the Dr who did the surgery can say is "The hardwares in place!" No help whatsoever! So that's my story and I'm sticking to it! lol
