Help with Pain Management without Narcotics

🤗 Thank you so much for all this great advice & meds i can probably take to help. I ❤️💯 HERBAL/NATUROPATH MEDICINES. I hope you continue to feel the pain relief you have been able to. My problem with most OTC's is they aren't touching a thing. I'm old-ish (46, soon 47! 😂🤏🏻😬) & have a body that is turning against me. I have to take 3 ibuprofen (200mg/each), i was taking 2 (200mg/each), 3 or 4x/day. Killing my kidneys in the process! So i have limited things i can take, but also i have to be lucid enough to drive & work and NOT FALL ASLEEP. I don't get enough sleep because of my pain most nights (4 of 7/wkly). I get about 3 or 4hrs/nightly. And i come home around 4:30-6p & fall into bed. I'm exhausted from work and lack of sleep & my anxiety & my back pain & hip STIFFNESS (arthritis? 🤔😬🥺) as well as back stiffness nowadays. Find out why this summer, had a lumbar x-ray & MRI. It's due to the vertebrae not being aligned; think of a bunch of blocks w/ THIN sponges in between them = ■|■|■|■|■|■|■|. My back = |°|•|•|○|°|• (basically, misaligned but NOT SCOLIOSIS 😬🥺🤯💩)
