Long COVID Symptoms: Light-headedness, Vertigo, Dizziness, Chest Pain, and More

I have been having light-headedness, vertigo, dizziness, chest pain, sensory overload (light and sound sensitivity ), ear fullness, head feels like is going to explode, tunnel vision, fainting-like spells in public areas and an array of symptoms that brought up anxiety and panic attacks to the point I can't drive or go out to public spaces by myself. Doctors think that it is long covid, because it started after getting covid. Does anyone has similar issues?

Yes! I get this same exact way when I'm having an anxiety attack. It is absolutely terrible, before all of that my first sign is that my chest, starting from my neck down, starts to feel extremely cold inside.... and then the rest comes after my chest is completely "frozen".
