I have Osteoarthritis in both knees, left hip and in my lower lumbar. my pain is definitely localized to all parts mentioned, but to walk or stand, my legs feel like they're 100lbs each and like it I've just walked 100 miles. I'm completely out of breath from car to house. waist down ,all bad. no pain sitting.
