Jittery and Nauseous: Anyone Else?

my anxiety gets so bad that it starts to cause physical symptoms, when i’m showing too much skin for my brain to handle (it’s hot out and i’m wearing shorts and a tank top) i start to get waves of dizziness, nausea, lung pain, etc until i cover myself and am able to calm down. i don’t remember most of my childhood so i don’t know if there is a specific reason that caused this or what, but it gets really bad. i’m a bigger person so that could also be a playing factor but i’m not sure ?? anyways does anyone know what could have caused this issue or anything to help cope with it? i’m not very good with words i tend to start to ramble because i don’t know how to get my point across anyways bejdjahdbsb

Recently my anxiety has gotten so bad that I randomly start trembling. It can be during lunch, in the middle of class or when I'm trying to sleep. It usually only goes on for a few minutes. I'm shaking and my heart is beating really fast. I do my best for other people not to notice, but I can tell that they do. Is anyone else experiencing this?
