Looking for Information on Inflammatory Diseases

@Neverlandgirl Main symptoms joint and muscle pain/ache, some slight swelling, muscle weakness, IBS, I get tension headaches, as well as always feeling tired. Not sure if it is connected but I also see flare ups with my hormone changes as well as flare ups in my skin issues I am active and relatively fit, as well as a healthy eater. I have been gluten free for around 4-5yrs and recently heavily reduced sugar intake and have seen improvement. Chiropractor also said my pain patterns are seen in patients with inflammation issues
