Does anyone else feel as is if their body has no sense of temperature control thanks to hormones? Im constantly having hot flashes and cold flashes and sweating, it’s disgusting. I’ll have freezing cold feet but they are sweaty. I’m 22 and get heat flashes like my grandmother in menopause🤦♀️
