I have been going through a pretty difficult time in my life. I am seperated from my wife, I had to resign my job, I had to leave my home, and I have been struggling financially. During this time I also contacted Herpes. It is Type 2. I have only experienced an outbreak in my mouth and I don't have much reason to expect It anywhere else. Oral Type-2 seems pretty rare and there isn't a lot of information about it. I am told it does not shed very often and it is rarely reoccurring. Of all the various ways I could have gotten Herpes this seems the most benign. I can't be certain that I have had any recurrence since my initial out break in April although I obsess about every sensation in my mouth now.
