Random heart flutters and palpitations after COVID

Hey guys hoping someone has some remedies. I caught COVID in the beginning of 2019 and have been having these random heart flutters and palpitations at night and some times throughout the day. one side of my head would also start to feel clogged and that same side ear would ring. Anyone experienced this before?

      Nervous system! When I got back that my heart was guuci I was like... Huh? But I'm having constant heart palps?!?!? I will bring up the nervous system :-) thanks

      thank you so much for confirming this. I've researched before that it was related to the nervous system but have not went to a doctor yet. I hope your long covid comes to an end soon 🙏

        @Anthony45101 no problem! Some things that help with my high heart rate includes ice packs on my wrist and back of neck and staying in cool dark area for a bit as well as deep breathing. There are other ways to lower heart rate quickly as well. My doctor recommended compression socks and staying super hydrated which helps a bit but still I get weird random symptoms all of the time it’s a struggle! I hope you can see a doctor soon or find some relief! Keep track of symptoms and monitor and it should get better. I actually felt better after about a year and 3 months and then I got Covid for the second time and feel like I’m starting all over again with Long Covid 😅😅

      Hi there yes I have had Long Covid for two years these are common symptoms. It is related to the autonomic nervous system from what my cardiologist has told me.
