Finally Got a Diagnosis for My Stomach Issues

Has anyone been diagnosed and then undiagnosed years later? i was diagnosed with gastroparesis 6 years ago when i took a gastric emptying test, that was positive. and a couple years later i took another test that showed up positive. however, i just took another gastric emptying test and it turned up negative. now i’m confused, frustrated, and anxious.

Possible Gastroparesis or IBD Diagnosis

I'm 34 and was diagnosed with gastroparesis about 10 years ago through a gastro-emptying study. However, in looking at the symptoms, I don't know that the diagnosis is right. Until recently (like this month), I rarely became nauseated. I've always been a big eater, I'm not malnourished. I have had stomach issues from birth (spitting up consumed food), and maybe I've just always had it so I didn't develop those symptoms in the same way. I don't know. The doc that diagnosed me dismissed me when I refused to be on the medication he prescribed because it made me extremely jittery. A doctor a few years later told me I just "have an intolerance to all food" and dismissed me. I have another stomach emptying coming up and hope I will learn more, but I am wondering how common any of this is.
