Please someone tell me that they have had or are having extreme mood swings with peri menopause!! I feel so alone. Nobody I know understands what I’m going through and I have no one to talk to. I feel like I’m going crazy! I’m up one day and down the next. And so irritable! I have headaches almost every day. Every little thing bothers me some days!
