Has anyone here ever dealt with disclosing your illness to an employer? I work in the corporate world and would really like to be able to discuss my illness more publicly but really fear the backlash at my job. I know legally they can’t discriminate but that’s not the real world of the industry I am in and it’s at the very least potentially “frowned upon.” I would love some insight if anyone has faced anything similar.
