I have so many ailments. I’m dealing with back pain from a car accident. I fractured my L-2 disk and bruised my back pretty bad. I would write all of my diagnoses but it would take to long. Thanks for taking time to read my post.

      Sins like you need muscle and bone healing. If you have a pt that can help with light muscle strengthening when your bones heal, that will help. Of course, you might already know how to strengthen those muscles and to begin slowly and gently to build up your muscles and three muscle pain will go away as they get stronger. The best to you.

      🤗 I’m definitely thankful that I’m alive. My spirit is all about good vibes. I’m not good with pain. I don’t have any tolerance. I’m also ashamed. Life goes on!

      😥you are not alone! I too have so many pains going on at once! I have been close to tears all day! I wish that this body would sleep all the time but I can't! Don't let pain take over your life. Try to enjoy as much of it that you can. I will.
