hi! people who experienced hyper sexuality w their bpd can u guys give me advice? i’ve never had this before but lately it’s been bad. was it a phase for you or last a long time? not sure how long i can take this lol.

      My sex drive was higher than any man I have been with, but i’m proud to say that i’ve been celibate with healthy boundaries for a solid 4 months. It’s possible, but it takes a lot of patience and journaling daily.

      💕the last few years I've been dealing with this off and on. Luckily I'm in a relationship now and am usually only that way with him. Well no I'm only that way with him. But I have cheated but that's because I felt like none of my needs were being met
