My name is Grace, I'm 18 and I've had chronic leg cramps since I can remember, my parent tried tons of holistic remedies but never got me diagnosed, when I told my doctor about it they asked if I had anyway of managing it and I told them I take ibuprofen and tylenol and sometimes it works. They disregarded my comments after that. My Dad and Nana both have chronic leg cramps as well, and they've recently suffered from blood clots in their legs.
