Struggling with Weight Gain Due to Adrenal Insufficiency

I started hydrocortisone in Aug 2020 was 179 pounds now I'm 321 weight came on so fast

Being on steroids is a challenge. I joined weight watchers online . Now I do a antinflamitory diet. Staying away from processed sugars is important. For me eating fruit instead.Staying away from breads and processed foods.1 step at a time this is how I lost 50lbs since Aug. I make tea at nite with 1tbl vinegar and 1tbl lemon juice.1teaspoon of honey. Drink water with lemon during the day of put some fruit in it.This will really help you. Best wishes.

Unfortunately it’s the old eat less burn more trick that works. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Little changes at a time. I usually fail when I go full force with exercise and dieting.
